SG in finishing the month with 2 closings today! Most notably, a Riverview home selling for $177,000, which is 99% of its appraised value, and before even hitting the open market! Nice work Matt!
One of our retail deals had an obstacle pop up the day before closing. The buyer’s appraisal came in $9,000 under our contract price. The title company assumed they had a loan commitment and drafted the closing HUD statement. What did we do to save this?
SG: Today marks the 231st day of the year. We’ve closed just over 200 properties in 2015. With another 30 pending close in our active pipeline. Deal-a-day!
SG tossing in 3 more closings today – to bring our total up to 9 for the week! Most notably an FHA purchase on a Clearwater home for an owner-occupant friend of ours. It was a fight to get it done, but it happened!
