SG throwing another closing in the books today. Alex Matos managed to convert a dying listing into a $355,000 closing for his seller! It only took him a matter of weeks, well done!
SG adding 2 closings into the books today! Most notably a retail transaction where our Buyers closed on a lovely $350,000 home in Land O Lakes. Nice work Sean “Borgy” Moore!

SG adding two more closings into the books today! One being a rental acquisition for our client at the price of $195,000 and the other being a home purchased via auction by a retail buyer of ours for $140,000 – instant equity.
SFH Forecast: Market values will steadily increase 8%-10% more through 2017. As household economies strengthen, rent becomes undervalued. But institutional sellers won’t unload an oversupply of properties just to meet the rising homeownership demands.
SFH Forecast: Until renters decide to buy, low vacancy rates will keep institutional investors from unloading the portfolios they’ve built over the past few years. New construction is expected to produce a 20% increase in retail volume by 2017.
