SG pacing the week out with two newly executed contracts and adding another closing into the books. Executions being a $110,200 wholesale acquisition and the other a rental property going for $176,000. The closing, a Seffner property going for $136,350.
SG finishing the week on a high note! Adding 3 more closings into the books today. Properties going for $93,000 , $96,000 , and $225,000 respectively. Appears we finished the week with 9 newly executed contracts. Nice work all!

Plenty of deals getting negotiated today. Two notable ones are two SG listings, one for $375,000 and the other for $280,000. Appears both are going under contract. Only took a couple weeks. Excellent work Alex!
SG adding a closing into the books today. Rental home for an investor of ours – selling for $79,000. Took a couple of months from start to finish, but worth it in the end. A 14% profit to the seller and 13% gross cap rate to the Buyer.
Two hedge funds investing in our Tampa market announced they will merge today. This will help them both continue by reducing their operating costs. Colony American Homes and Starwood Waypoint will now hold about 30,000 single-family rental homes nationwide.

SG with another closing today! Was an off-market transaction on a Riverview rental home. Sold for $128,000. Both parties were satisfied, nice work Matt!
