Solid Thursday – 2 more closings in the books. Also, wrote up a few contracts today for our investors. Meanwhile, executed 3 other deals today for different clients. Their offers came in at 98% of original list price. Strong. The cycle continues….

SG writing up $904,000 in offers today. One being a $735,000 commercial property for a client and two others being $104,000 and $65,000 rental properties for another investor. Tampa is one of the top rental markets. Affordable ownership in a recovering economy.

SG enjoyed a closing today in which we represented both sides, both Seller and Buyer. The whole transaction took a total of two and a half weeks to find, shop, and close. Quick sale for the seller and a solid investment purchase for the buyer. Good work Sean!
